I never stop trying to surprise myself. I believe boredom is self-destructive and avoidable. Just getting outside and moving is enough to nourish my inspiration. For me, exploration isn't about distance and romantic locations, it's about searching the world that lives inside the neighborhoods, forests and faces of a city seemingly uncertain of its next step.
With my dog by my side, and a camera around my neck, I move around and through Portland finding and sharing the treasures I discover. That's what this site is about. That's what I'm about.
